Nutrition & Health
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food.”
Our philosophy and coaching strategies are based on our strong belief that what we eat and how we eat directly impacts all areas of our well-being, and thus the quality of our life. From our physical health, to our emotions and reactions to everyday stimuli. This in turn impacts our relationships, our performance, our sense of stability and so much more. Similarly, the healthy physical and mental development of our young ones is directly linked to our dietary and lifestyle choices. So, the subsequent belief, now science and research backed, that both the cure and prevention can then be also traced back to our diet, eating habits and the right mindset, seem only logical and natural.
This is why we are integrating Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching into most of our coaching and consultancy packages.
Our process
-
This is the very first step you’ll take after the initial contact/orientation call. The questionnaire is designed to collect all the relevant information about you, your child or your family and help us personalise our services to your needs.
You will receive the link to the questionnaire within 48 hours via the email you provided.
The questionnaire needs to be completed and returned to us at least 7 days prior to the initial consultations.
Duration: 1 -2 hours on average
Cost: free of charge
Format: online
-
This is where we discuss your needs, goals and our assessment of your problem in detail. We will propose the right coaching services to match your needs and goals. If we recommend to add Nutrition & Health or Lifestyle Coaching into your package, your initial consultation will be followed by another one with our nutritionist, who will then carry out all his/her nutrition related assessments as needed. These may include: full health assessment (to include blood work), supplement protocol and guidance, functional testing, etc.
Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours
Format: in-person, virtual
Paid in advance as one charge.
-
Upon your acceptance of our proposed services, and completion of all additional assessments, we will send you a detailed Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Protocol (within 1 week of completion of the last required health assessment). This will include summary of the main focus areas and goals as discussed during the initial consultation, all dietary and lifestyle change recommendations (if applicable, to include meal, exercise or any other plans), recommended coaching sessions schedule, and anything else we deem necessary for you to follow.
Cost: one charge, added to the first monthly bill (see our T&C)
-
You, your child or your whole family are now ready to follow this protocol, supported by our regular coaching or consultation sessions (see the difference here) in the main focus areas. Depending on the selected Nutrition Intervention Program (see our Add-ons options below), our nutritionist will also support you via frequent check-in sessions, email and follow-up consultations.
Duration: vary depending on type of service
Format: in-person, virtual
Cost: billed monthly (see our T&C)
Nutrition & Health Intervention Add-ons
Our functional nutritionists will have the most input in the beginning stages of your coaching journey with us, namely during the initial consultation and your health assessment. They will also play a crucial part in creating your personalised protocol where they will be part of making impactful recommendations for your dietary and lifestyle choices. In some cases, a more intense and ongoing dietary intervention by our functional nutritionist might be required. We offer various nutrition coaching packages to enrich your program, so that you always receive the right amount of support.
