We believe that family is the building block of our society - regardless of how big or small, diverse or unique in its composition. We hold zero prejudices and we pride ourselves in staying respectful, bias-free from the beginning of our relationship with our clients to the end. Because what truly matters is the health of the family - physical, mental and emotional - and its proper functionality.
Life and each member of a family keep on evolving and changes can sometimes stir the calm waters: relationships are tested, opinions change, everyday demands grow, new circumstances challenge our stability and sense of security. Facing these shifts, sometimes natural, sometimes invented, can shake up even the strongest of the bonds. Dysfunction wears many faces and often simmers under the lid unnoticed until it causes either a slow burn-out or abrupt explosion - neither of which are welcome. We believe that dysfunction is preventable and reversible.

Define the problem(s);
Create a safe space for each member to bring forward their perspectives and share their sentiments;
Understand everyone’s role in creating and/or participating in the problem and recognise their capacity and potential to reduce it to a minimum while nurturing and encouraging a respectful, open and safe environment for effective communication;
Set new goals and priorities;
In collaboration with all family members, create a family protocol - a set of objectives, strategies and rules - a tackle plan on how to deliver on the new goals, personalised to match everyone’s capacities and resources (intellectual, material, etc.) and designed to enhance effective communication and collaboration;
Follow the protocol by providing continuous support, guidance and encouragement;
Build new, healthier routines and habits that will last and lead to a healthier family functioning and relationships;
Diet, lifestyle and family health
Since our diet and lifestyle habits directly impact our health, our mood, our ability to focus or control our impulses (and much more!), when in imbalance, they are more often than not the most common cause or main attributor to your whole family’s disharmony. That’s why we incorporate family diet and lifestyle assessment into our family coaching programs. Our professionals will consider and evaluate all possible underlying factors that may contribute to the struggles your family is experiencing and they may include dietary and lifestyle changes recommendations to your family’s protocol.
