Military Family Coaching

To those in the military service, it is no secret just how many challenges the service to their country presents - especially on the emotional level. The whole family is impacted and tested in ways an ordinary one can only try to imagine. The stress of frequent separations, pcs-ing and transitions can easily take the better of even the toughest serving families out there.
Military Family Coaching can help service members and their dependants navigate through the challenges that military life entails and ease or prevent many hardships that are often encountered along the way.

Whilst we do follow the same ethics and our unique Mind.Set approach to coaching, the military family coaching is specifically tailored to deal with the unique challenges these families typically encounter. The main areas of focus may include:
Dealing with deployments and separations;
Dealing with frequent transitions and separations from extended family caused by PCS;
Adjusting to the cultural differences during overseas tours;
Resilience building;

Despite a lot of effort on everyone’s part, military children and their cognitive, mental and emotional needs go often under the radar - frequent school transitions, long spells of separation, unstable friendships, all pose a high risk of developing cognitive and/or emotional disorders.

All of our services are accessible to you and your military child, with the extra effort and expertise put into helping them overcome the unique challenges of the typical military lifestyle and routines. These include:
Executive Function Coaching (EFC) for ADHD, ASD as well as neurotypical children simply struggling with day to day executive functioning and/or emotional hardship due to the impact of the military lifestyle;
Academic coaching and tutoring integrated into the EFC for both schooled and homeschooled children;
Our signature Nutrition & Health coaching incorporated into main coaching (if applicable) to give you and your little hero the best chance to succeed in both school and life in general;
Ongoing parental guidance and support as we want to equip you, parent, with all the important and relevant knowledge and skills that will enable you to support your child independently;
