After we receive your enquiry form, we will contact you on the email you provided. You will be offered a complimentary call, during which we can answer any questions you may have about our services and our process. After that, we will send you our Comprehensive Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire to fill in and we will work from there. Click here to find out more about our process.

That will depend on two things: you, and the type of service you signed up for. For example, if our nutrition coach is involved in your care package, he/she may need 6 or 10 weeks to get your diet on the right track, whereas the need for your ADHD/executive functioning coaching might be more of a long-term support. We are here to show you the easier, healthier paths, support you along the way, until you are ready to skip along all by yourself. This can take weeks, months or even years. It all depends on your condition, commitment and dedication to make an effort. Without that, the progress will be likely slow. But we will be here to cheer you on and to celebrate every step you make in the right direction, however big or small. After all, we are here to help you grow the right mind.set!

Initial Consultations are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
The following coaching sessions are billed on a monthly basis, and yes, there is a 24 hour cool-off period after your first session. Once this period passes, you can cancel our services no later than 2 weeks before the next billing cycle.

All our coaches are meticulously selected to be the best of the best in their field of expertise as well as well-rounded, easy-going individuals. And although we make every effort to match you with the right coach, sometimes the match doesn’t turn out as good as intended for a variety of reasons. And that’s OK. We are all humans and we all come with likes and dislikes, preferences and boundaries. That’s what makes us different and unique! Just talk to us, express your concerns as best as you can and we will try to match you with another coach and make the transition as smooth as possible.

You will be invoiced once a month, on the 1st day of each month for all the services received in the previous month. If the services change (eg. your 6-week nutrition coaching is complete, but you continue receiving ADHD coaching), the change will be reflected in the next billing cycle and your service charges will be adjusted going forward. You pay for what you receive.

We do. Your coach will type up a summary of each session within 24 hours. This summary will be a brief description of what you two discussed, worked on and accomplished during the session. The Session Summary can also include any long-term recommendations and ideas you discussed.
You have a full access to this file and we encourage you to make your own remarks and share your thoughts about each session. This is another good way to give your coach a feedback on activities you are doing during your sessions.

Confidentiality is our policy. We never share any of your personal information (please see our Privacy Policy) with any third parties. We follow HIPPA dutifully. The only information we will share is the one you will give us a consent to share. This is typically an information about your progress in your sessions that we feel is worth mentioning to any other professionals you might be working with (your therapist, educators, other coaches, etc.) But again, not without your/your parent’s consent (if you are Under 18). A. Consent To Share Progress Information Form is part of your onboarding paperwork bundle, which you may or may not choose to fill in and sign.)
